By purchasing this OEM software you agree to the System Builder agreement as per Microsoft’s terms and conditions. Breaking of the seal is deemed to be an agreement of the terms and conditions.
* If you open the pack, you must preinstall the software onto a fully assembled computer system.
* Unopened OEM system builder packs can be redistributed to other system builders without any additional hardware. They are not intended to be distributed to end-users.
* The system builder who installs the Windows software is responsible for supporting that software.
* Once an OEM software version has been installed on one PC, it cannot be transferred to another PC, even if that PC is no longer in use.
* The system builder pre-installing Windows software is required to affix the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) that accompanies the Windows software to the PC.
* While unopened packs can be distributed to other system builders, they are not intended for end-users. If an end-user opens the pack, they are bound by the break-the-seal agreement which requires them to preinstall the product using the OPK, support the product, and other requirements not appropriate for an end-user who does not have the skills and technical knowledge of a system builder.
